As Sean Jones, a young man with a strong sense of justice, prepares to testify against the ruthless killer Eddie Kim, he is whisked away to Los Angeles on a commercial airliner. The tension builds as he boards the plane, accompanied by FBI Agent Neville Flynn, who has been assigned to ensure his safety during the flight. However, Sean's troubles are only just beginning. Unbeknownst to him and the other passengers, Eddie Kim has hired a team of mercenaries to release hundreds of venomous snakes onto the plane.
