In the gritty streets of Oakland, California, two powerful gangs have been vying for control over the city's lucrative dockyards. The African-American Hong Li clan is led by the ruthless Uncle Han, while the Chinese Wong Fei-hung gang is ruled with an iron fist by the cunning Master Chin.
