In the midst of a dense and unforgiving jungle, a team of elite commandos, led by Major Alan "Dutch" Schaefer (Arnold Schwarzenegger), embark on a secret mission to rescue a group of American tourists being held captive by a ruthless guerrilla leader. As they navigate through the treacherous terrain, they begin to experience strange and unexplained events that hint at the presence of an unknown entity. Initially, the team dismisses the bizarre occurrences as mere jungle paranoia, but soon, they realize that their worst nightmares are coming true.
