In the heart of Africa, a team of intrepid journalists from a prominent television network embark on a perilous mission to capture and transport a massive, legendary 25-foot saltwater crocodile. Nicknamed "Ugly," this gargantuan reptile has been terrorizing the local community for years, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. Led by the fearless and charismatic journalist, Bob Taylor (Luke Perry), the team consists of a seasoned cameraman, Jimmy (Stephen Hopkins), a feisty and resourceful producer, Lisa (Alana DeVino), and a rugged adventurer, Randy (Adoni Zoldyenko). As they venture into the remote and treacherous terrain of Burundi, they are met with unexpected challenges and obstacles. Upon arrival, the team discovers that their mission is not only to capture Ugly but also to navigate the complex web of local politics and warlord factions vying for power.
