Plot
Hellraiser (1987) is a horror film that tells the story of Larry Cotton, a man who inherits a mysterious puzzle box from his recently deceased father. Unbeknownst to Larry, the box has the power to open a portal to hell, unleashing a group of sadomasochistic demons known as Cenobites, led by Pinhead. As Larry's wife, Julia, becomes increasingly dissatisfied with their mundane life, she begins to develop an obsession with the puzzle box and the pleasure it brings. Meanwhile, Larry's brother Frank, who has been missing for several years, returns home, revealing a shocking transformation. It turns out that Frank had previously opened the box while abroad, releasing the Cenobites and allowing them to tear his body apart. Julia becomes entangled in Frank's dark world, leading her down a path of sexual exploration and experimentation. However, as she delves deeper into the world of pain and pleasure, she unwittingly invites the Cenobites back into their reality. The demons begin to reassemble Frank's mutilated body, using it as a vessel for their own twisted desires.
