Plot

The Phoenician Scheme is a 2006 South Korean action-comedy film directed by Ahn Ka-Hee. Set in 1905, during the Russo-Japanese War, the movie follows the adventures of a group of rogues, led by a Greek man named Atrakas, played by Lee Min-woo.
